Private Events:

Thank you for choosing Painting Squared for your private event! Here are our policies for private parties:

1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure your booking.

2. Payment: Full payment is due the day of the scheduled event. Any changes or additional services requested on the day of the event will be added to the final invoice, paid directly after the 1 hour splash/painting session.

3. Estimates: All estimates given are subject to change based on the size of the party, services requested, and any other factors.

4. Decorations: Guests are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the event to decorate the party room.

5. Food and Drinks: Guests are welcome to bring outside food and drinks. We do not provide refrigeration.

6. Time Allocation Kids Birthday Party: Each kids birthday party includes 1 or 1.5 hours in the splash room/painting and 1 hour in the front party space. Please plan accordingly to ensure that your party runs smoothly.

7. Time Allocation Adult Private Event: We will be painting/splashing and celebrating all at the same time. Please plan accordingly to ensure that your party runs smoothly.

8. All other policies and terms and conditions apply to our private parties as well.

Cancellation Policy:

We're excited to create lasting memories with you. Please take note of our cancellation policy:

Private Party Bookings:

A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure your reservation.

The $75 deposit amount will be deducted from the total party cost.

In the event of a cancellation, you can reschedule once without forfeiting the deposit.

After one rescheduling, a new appointment will require a new deposit.

Public Reservation Bookings:

The $5 deposit fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The $5 deposit will not be deducted from the total cost of the reservation.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us via call, text, or email.

We understand that plans may change, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Please communicate any changes as early as possible, so we can assist you accordingly.

Alcohol Policy:

We allow the consumption of alcohol during our BYOB events/ Adult Private Events, however, we want to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests. Therefore, we have implemented the following alcohol no liability policy:

1. All guests consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age and must be able to provide valid ID upon request.

2. Guests are solely responsible for their own alcohol consumption and any associated risks or liabilities.

3. Guests are not permitted to bring in any illegal drugs or other controlled substances.

4. Guests who appear to be excessively intoxicated will not be permitted to continue consuming alcohol and may be asked to leave the event.

5. Guests who cause a disturbance or engage in any illegal activity while under the influence of alcohol will be asked to leave the event and may be subject to legal action.

6. Painting Squared and its employees will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries or incidents that occur as a result of alcohol consumption by guests on our premises or after the guests departure.

7. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or losses caused by their own actions while under the influence of alcohol.

8. Guests are ONLY PERMITTED to bring Beer or Wine. Absolutely no liquor will be allowed during any BYOB event/Private Event.

By attending our events, guests agree to abide by this alcohol no liability policy and understand that any violations may result in being asked to leave the event without a refund.

At Painting Squared, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property. We encourage all guests to keep a close eye on their personal belongings while on the premises. We also suggest not bringing valuable items to the studio, as we cannot guarantee their safety. We will make every effort to assist in locating lost items, but we cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen property. By visiting Painting Squared, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Age Policy

Adult Events - BYOB (16 and up): For our adult events, attendees must be 16 years old or older. Participants who wish to bring alcoholic beverages must present a valid ID at the time of entry to confirm their age (21 and up) and carry alcohol. Please enjoy responsibly and adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption.

Kids Events - Drop-Off Age (8 years and older): For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, kids' events require children to be at least 8 years old to be dropped off unaccompanied. This policy ensures that our young artists can fully engage in the creative process while having a fun and educational experience.

Guided Art Classes - Recommended Ages (6 and up): For our guided art classes, we recommend a minimum age of 6 years old. This ensures that participants can follow instructions and actively participate in the artistic activities. However, children aged 8 and under will need to be accompanied by an adult during the class to provide guidance and support.

Splash Sessions - All Ages Welcome (Parental Discretion): Our splash sessions are open to all ages. Parents or guardians can decide if their child is ready to participate in the splashing fun. We provide goggles, ponchos, and booties for a mess-free experience. Parental supervision is a must for children 5 and under during the splashing session to ensure a safe and enjoyable time for everyone.

Drop-Off Policy for Events

We offer a drop-off option for children attending specific programs or activities. However, please note that our regular public reservation times, such as open painting sessions and also any Private Event you schedule do not permit drop-offs for children.

Drop-off events are typically organized as structured sessions, classes, or camps that require focused guidance and supervision from our trained staff. During these events, parents or guardians have the option to leave their child in our care while they enjoy their own time or attend other commitments.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, we have established the following guidelines for drop-off events:

1. Age Requirement: Participants must meet the age requirements specified for the particular drop-off event. The age requirement is 8 years or older unless otherwise specified on the event information. This ensures that children are developmentally ready to actively engage in the activity without parental assistance.

2. Registration and Authorization: Parents or guardians must complete the registration process for the drop-off event and provide any necessary emergency contact information. Only registered participants will be allowed to attend the event.

3. Timely Drop-Off and Pick-Up: Parents or guardians must personally escort their child inside our building during drop-off and pick-up. For security reasons, curb-side pick-ups are not permitted. Please be punctual to ensure the smooth running of the event and respect for our staff's time.

4. Emergency Contact Information: Parents or guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date emergency contact information in case of any unforeseen situations during the event.

5. Behavior and Conduct: We expect all participants to adhere to our code of conduct, which promotes a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Please note that drop-off events are carefully planned to ensure that our staff can provide the necessary attention and supervision to each child. As such, public reservation times, such as open painting sessions, do not allow for drop-offs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy for the well-being of all attendees.

At Painting Squared, we welcome our guests to take photos and videos of their experience for personal use. Whether you're capturing memories with friends and family, or showcasing your creativity on social media, we encourage you to share your time with us.

However, please note that we also take photos and videos at Painting Squared for promotional purposes. By participating in our events, you agree to allow us to use any images or videos that we capture during your visit for marketing and promotional purposes on our website, social media channels, and other advertising campaigns.

Our goal is to share the unique experiences that our guests have at Painting Squared with others, and we believe that these images and videos help to tell the story of our community. If you have any concerns or would like to opt-out of having your image used, please let us know and we will make sure to respect your wishes.

In conclusion, feel free to take photos and videos at Painting Squared for your personal enjoyment, and please be aware that we reserve the right to use any images or videos that we capture during your visit for marketing and promotional purposes.
