On Tuesday, the canvas came alive with guided pumpkin paintings – because it's fall, ya'll! 🎃 Wednesday was a splash-tastic day, as we let loose, adding a splash of color to both our canvases and each other.
Thursday brought pumpkin magic again, but this time, we thickened our paint using a mixing medium, making our pumpkins pop off the canvas. 🌟
Texture Art Day
Friday was the grand finale, where we delved into the personal side of art. We crafted our artist bios, contemplating what art means to us and its impact on our lives. Later that evening, we transformed our space for the Gallery, a special showcase of the camper's incredible artworks from the entire week.
The Gallery isn't just an exhibition; it's a celebration of creativity! 🎉 Parents, friends, and the community are invited to witness the campers' pride as they set up their display independently. Tish adds an extra sprinkle of joy by presenting awards during the Gallery as a token of gratitude to the campers.
To keep the magic alive, there's a small $5 entry fee for the Gallery. This helps offset the camp costs, ensuring that every child gets the chance to participate.
